A must have for splined lug nuts - Good theft protection too

I like it most for security reasons. no one can steal my wheels unless they have one of these, which isn't likely. You can't take my wheels off without this. Especially handy on wheels with small lug nut holes. My KRX bead lock wheels needed them because a socket wouldn't fit. Now I have Tusk Uinta wheels and bought this and the splined lug nuts to go with it. It's a solid connection with the splines.

Does the job be easy on it

Works as it should. Material is really thin not too confident that it would hold up to even a light duty cordless impact wrench

Tusk spline key.

Makes it easy accessing the lug nuts in the deep wheel lug nut holes. Also hopefully theft proof due to spline shaft compared to standard lug wrench style.

what is outside diameter of the key that fits over splines ?

You have to have the right spline drive lug key specifically for Sedona wheels. It took three before I got the one that fit. Otherwise the tusk OD is .82". I had to grind some of the outside OD off to fit the Sedona Split 6 wheel.

It has worked with sti wheels i have owned due to the thin wall design of the socket. Must be used with the splined style nuts. Always a good idea to have a second for a spare too.

Will this work for system 3 sb-4 rims on a honda talon? Wasn't sure if it will fit in the lug opening. Basically need the outside diameter.
