Sedona offers a 5.0-5.10x18 standard tube which is the equivalent of a 130-140 size tube. The next closest thing is the STI is the 110-100/100x18. Tubes expand and will fill the void of the larger tire and since it's a heavy duty tube, it will still be plenty thick.
Ryan W.Other than diameters, the tread patterns are very similar varying in the block sizes of the knobbies. There may be some compound differences as well, but I do not know for sure. I have used these on 5 or 6 different dual sports and they have always been the most predictable on pavement and in the dirt. Stability is solid even at freeway speeds, although wear will be accelerated , of course.
Dick KNope, no squirm at all, surprisingly good grip everywhere. They work amazingly well on pavement, even at semi-aggressive lean angles (disclaimer: I'm no knee dragger by any means but I can ride..). They work very well in the dirt too, as long as you aren't expecting competition level MX knobby performance, they're very predictable when pushed. As for longevity, don't expect real high mileage. You will torch them quickly with aggressive or high speed street riding. They last pretty good if you baby them on the street and then let 'er rip in the dirt (including most dirt roads). KTM500EXC.
James HI had the MT-21 on the rear of my KLR during the worst mud I’ve ever encountered in a dual sport event. In my opinion it did excellent. It also does well on gravel and pavement. Life of the tire is the only down side to me. It was pretty much done after 1500 miles.
Gary AI run it on my 690 ktm , haven't noticed any road noise other than normal road noise that any tire will make on road surface. This is a dual sport tire meant for gravel roads road noise is not an issue in these conditions, but even on the pavement road noise/whine if any is minimal at most. So NO.
I have been getting 3000 miles out of a rear tire regularly.
There are many conversion sites of inches to metric for motorcycle tires online but the problem is that more than one size may work for a motorcycle rim so I use the ones recommended by Rocky Mountain ATV and MC for each motorcycle I have for the tire I select. That is what I did for the pair of Pirelli tires I bought and other brands since for my other motorcycles.
Gary MThese tires are great, I have been very pleasantly surprised. I would say size does not matter if they fit. I ride a 2010 Kawasaki KLX250S and it came with 50/50 tires. They were tiny and sucked in the off road. I went to really aggressive knoby tires and they wore out in about 1000 miles. The MT21 tires are great on the road and the only place they are sketchy is in deep sand, but just let them spin and the get through it. the 90/90/21 is amazingly stable on sandy trails even with 30 psi in them. Best tires I have had so far.

Kourtney B.Yes it will ...I have been running them on my 701 for the last 5 years and my 610 before that it's a durable all around tire that works great!
