Michelin StarCross 5 Sand Tire is a hybrid design that’s purpose built for loose terrain and sandy track conditions.

Developed by engineers and riders over several years, the hybrid design incorporates large center lugs that provide the traction of a paddle tire, and an aggressive layout of side lugs for the cornering ability of a traditional soft terrain tire.

On the front tire a more traditional design is made of tall, aggressive lugs so you can get a planted feel and stay on the line you want without the front of your bike jumping around.

Because of the specialized tread and the high-density casing that reduces weight by 15%, the StarCross 5 Sand Tire provides significant performance gains compared to other tire options.
