I thought the same thing. We bought rims and maxis carnivore tires and fits fine. We love the tires. I have 4000 miles on ours and show little wear. We ride alot of highway and gravel roads mainly because it's legal in Minnesota to ride o. County roads. So we drive side by side to town for groceries and supplies instead of taking the truck or car.
Gordon MI believe they are around 35 lbs I have 32s and they are a bit heavier awesome tires

Teryl W.The tire needs to be at least 1" wider than the rim. So if your rim is 8" wide, the tire needs to be at least 9" wide.

Florencia BI use my maverick as my neighborhood vehicle so it spends a good bit of time on the road and I have not noticed any wear whatsoever. They did get a little hot when I did a dounut on dry asphault and the side of the treads got a little dinged up but as we all know dounuts are usually a bad idea anyway.
Kyle KNo they don't. But it all depends on the type of riding you do. I have mine mounted on MSA M20 wheels, which are not beadlock. I ride a lot of trails, mud and a little sand. No issues as of yet, very strong sidewall.
Chris MI mounted them on my stock 2016 XP 1000 2 seater, I have put about 40 miles on them, there's no indication that they rubbed at all.
