This SAE to Coax adaptor is just the thing to connect the SAE lead I already have attached to my bike's battery, to the 12V-powered midlayer from those folks at rhymes-with-mosquito.

They run a size or 2 small. I normally wear an xl glove for a little extra wiggle room. I tried the xl and they were way to tight. Then the 2xl, not hardly any difference between them. The 2xl was actually tighter on the plastic knuckle part than the xl. (Weird). Seems like they use the same size velcro wrist strap for all 3. If it pulls through the loop after you get the glove on then your screwed. Next up is the 3x. Over all seems to be an ok glove. Batteries should last longer.

They don't get as warm as I had hoped. Fingers still get cold on 40 degree days going slow

True to size. It's very effective when using as a mid layer and comfortable to wear. Battery life is okay (a few hours in mild conditions). I will definitely consider picking up a spare battery for longer / colder days.

Don't normally have good luck with battery powered heated clothing, however this is an exception. I use these in harsh Vermont winter environment and on the highest setting in temperatures that average 15 °, they keep me pretty toasty for a few hours that I am Outdoors. Ordering my second set today

This battery powered vest is quite awesome. The high setting keeps me warm even in 20 degree weather. I do wish the coverage area was larger on both the back and the chest, my tummy gets cold too guys, and I wish that the high setting was hotter. I make sure to only wear a shirt and then the vest with my mid layer over the vest and I still wished the vest was a bit hotter. I think this runs a bit small so if you don't want it skin tight think about sizing up. I got the large/XL and I wish I sized up as the vest is very tight. The garment is stretchy and meant to be snug. The battery does last about as long as advertised. But since I basically only have the vest on high I need to charge it every day as my rides are about 1.5 hours for the day. Even with all that I still do not regret my purchase. I would say the only major consideration is weather you want the battery pro/cons or the wired pros/cons. The battery was better for me and my bike situation and ride time.
