They run small

Looked nice, but the size 14 felt more like a 13.5 to me. Returned them for a refund.

Good adv boots

Boots are very comfortable and seem to run true to size. Plenty of motion in the ankle for shifting and braking. Only complaint is that the stitching in the upper inside calf area is coming out from squeezing the bike while riding offroad.

Forma Riding Boots

If you are running motocross these boots are not for you. However, if you are traveling relatively moderate back country adventure these bit are a good choice. The water proofing is solid and they are comfortable to walk in which is handy if you have to walk out of a bad spot.

Not bad

My very first pair of riding boots. Not the highest level of protection but very comfortable. My only issues were that the boots wouldn't adjust down to my size of upper claves, and the clamps aren't the most secure.

Runs small.

Sizing runs small. RM should list these by both US and European shoe size. That said RM took care of the size up quickly for me. Quality of the boots is excellent. Not sure about the longevity of the latches but time will tell. They provide decent support but as others have noted they are not motocross boots. Pretty comfortable out of the box for walking but definitely not for long hikes. I would have preferred a replaceable sole but decided to give these a go after reading some reviews.

Moto boots that you can walk (normally) in!

Very comfortable, dry on rainy days (important) and best of all, they have just enough flexibility to walk around normally. They feel like very tall construction boots. I have had these for over a year and a half and the durability has been better than I expected. I pretty much always wear them when commuting to work on my dual sport. Soft, grippy sole, tough, natural leather upper. The toe box can pinch when bending your toes far due to the thick shifter protection pad on top. Overall, very well made, especially for the price.

Great Boots

I like they way they fit, I had a hard time putting them on the first time but now it's quite smooth and they fit comfortably. good value for the price.

Great low profile riding boot

Very comfortable, one of the best fitting options I've tried, and are relatively true to size. Since I don't see this info anywhere else but these also fit under casual jeans. Time will tell how durable they are but so far I'm liking them. You'll need taller socks if you're not tucking your pant legs in otherwise these boots dig a little into your calf.

Great Adventure Bike riding boots.

Forma makes some great boots. I have the short version of the Adventure Boot, but wanted a little more upper leg protection while riding. These boots are true to size and are comfortable right out of the box. I wish they could figure out how to include a little more protection while keeping them so light and comfortable. Buy without hesitation.

They run VERY small!!!

They are really nice boots. Unfortunately, they run so small, I had to send them back two times for a larger size. Virtually all my shoes and boots are size 13. I needed a size 15 in these boots!!! Both times the folks at Rocky Mountain where very nice to work with!

Are these considered "motocross" boots?

No. They are ADV boots. They lack some of the more robust protection offered by good MX boots, but are more comfortable all day and for walking. They are my favorite ADV boots. Excellent quality and super comfortable.

These are very comfortable boots that are much more mobile then most Dual sport boots. I would bump up to the nest size for comfort.

I have these boots and use them for snowmobile as well. They are fairly warm and fully watertight. I love these boots when atv or adv riding. Super comfy great protection and dry. Even saved me from a bad shin gauge from a poorly placed are hit that glanced off tree straight into from of the boot and was stopped by the shin gauge.

What are the disadvantages if I were to use these boots when riding a street bike?

I use them on street but mostly dualsport. They are hard to wear with anything but overpant style because they are tall and thick on top. Jeans cant tuck into or go over the thick top. I usually wear low boots and jeans for street then strip off overpants to hike etc at destination.

How much do the soles flex when standing up on the bike when riding? I am a tall and heavier guy and when I use regular hiking boots it's uncomfortable to stand up on them with only the centers on the footpegs.

I am 5'10", 155 lbs. I have had these boots for 2 years and made the AZBDR In these boots are rugged and fairly stiff in the sole but have good tread and flexibility in the ankle and sole for hiking, rock hopping or a walk in town. After plenty of standing, I never noticed the pegs. Great boots.

looking for some standing and walking comfort. I looked but could not find info or reviews on ankle stability. I have seriously damaged ankles from breaks and need good stable ankle support. Do these have that?

I wouldn’t consider these to have good ankle support. Especially if you already have ankle issues. They are quite flexible and easy to wear / walk in, but not supportive. I’m not sure you’ll find that without stepping up to a true off-road boot. Just my experience with them.

Will these boots fit someone with 19" calves?

I bought size 10 and I have 16" calves. I'm using about half the buckle length/adjustment on the top buckle. To answer this question would probably depend on boot size. Size 11 or bigger I would say yes. To be sure ask manufacturer. I love them. They are very comfortable. C.Brown Ft. Smith,Ar.
