Alpinestar’s Runner Air Motorcycle Jacket is a lightweight mesh jacket that pulls double duty as an armored riding jacket ideal during quick rides, and as a casual jacket that looks great off the bike.

With a light feel but tough construction, you’re looking at a track-like jacket sporting non-adjustable, elastic cuffs, a main body of lightweight mesh for good ventilation, and shoulder areas of advanced PU fabric. YKK zips are on both the front closure and the inner waterproof napoleon pocket, and hoodie-like hand warmer pockets are convenient for casual wear.

Biggest feature of the Runner Air is the CE rated armor in the shoulders and elbows, along with a back pad that can be replaced with an Astar’s CE rated protector. With a lightweight construction, a full set of armor, and great low profile looks the Runner Air thrives during quick trips in warmer weather and when you want casual gear that still protects.
