This product allows the rider to place a cross bar over a Scott's or GPR steering damper that is installed above the handlebars. Advantages to above the bar dampers is that it will not affect bar mount adjustability (forward or back) and will not raise the handlebars close to 1" like most sub-mounts do. Keeping the bars in the proper position provides maximum leverage and control of the motorcycle for riders under 6 feet tall. Fits most tapered handlebars without a cross bar from a height of 75 to 105mm. Comes complete with Ride Eng. bar pad
