Held my phone perfectly while riding off road. Easy to install and remove phone with gloves.

I would recommend this mount for road riding and fire roads. This will not work in very rough trails or if you're going through whoops. Appropriate expectations with this phone holder.

I LIKE BETTER THAN X VERSION THAT WOULD REQUIRE TWO HANDS TO PUT BACK IN THE HOLDER. DON'T FORGET TO BUY A BALL FOR IT THIS IS MY 2ND OF THIS STYLE HOLDER. THE 1ST WAS A KIT AND CAME WITH A BALL. ONLY DOWN SIDE IS SWITCHING PHONES OR CASES MAY REQUIRE READJUSTMENT DEPENDING ON SIZE AND WHERE THE BUTTONS ARE.

No issues after many road and off-road miles. And many mounts and dismounts for photo taking, etc. Definitely recommend.

I liked the old version better. It was more secure. The old version was not as adjustable as this version so this one would probably work better on the newer and bigger phones.

This is a tough choice, to many options out there for phone holders. I decided to go with this due to the incredible amount of good reviews for it and I am now one of them. The phone is nice an secure and I would buy again.

Works outstanding for my iPhone 11 Pro Max in an armored case. Location of the pegs on the side of the holder do not interfere with my function buttons on the side of my phone (these are adjustable at time of set up). The phone can easily be removed from the holder with one hand and the phone is very secure in the holder which makes this an excellent choice for the adventure bikers. I have taken several extremely unwanted large hits I?ve have about 1000 miles off road with this phone holder and it has never even moved. This is an excellent product and I couldn?t be happier. I?ve recommended it to several friends that were using the X type brace that we?re having some trouble and now they are very happy with it as well.

A few zip ties mount this very well to the padded ProTaper handlebar of my DR200. No additional pieces needed, as long as you are cool with being a tad hacky.
Absolutely wonderful for stability. The phone would be the last thing to fall off the bike.

This mount works very well. Held my phone during some serious crashes off road. Adjustable sides and clamps keep it solid. RAM makes a standard and "large" mount for bigger phones. The standard fits my S7 perfectly. I used this mount with the RAM 1" rail mount. Using it on a 1 1/8" fat bar. I just had to get a longer screw for the mount to make up for the extra 1/8" of diameter. Both the cell holder and the rail are diamond mounts so I just aligned the diamonds and bolted them together. I DO recommend using epoxy to join the head of the diamond mount since there is only a single screw that holds the weight of the mount. Lowest profile mount I could find/put together for off road riding. Works well. I will be duplicating this setup for both bikes.
