The Polaris Aluminum Powder-Coat Half Doors are primarily focused on delivering a lightweight construction, an easy installation onto your RZR, and an accurate fitment that seals tight against the machine to prevent any rattles.

The doors do it by taking an aluminum alloy body and fitting it to the existing door structure, replacing the stock door plastic for much more protection and coverage that doesn’t dramatically increase weight. The door’s design is highly integrated into the RZR so you’ll reuse stock hardware. And the fit is so accurate that the door gasket will fill the gap, keeping debris out and killing rattle.
