If you want to use No Toil you’d want to get the regular oil out first. The benefit of using No Toil is being able to clean the filter with oxy clean but oxy clean isn’t going to work if the filter still has the oil in it.

They come apart if you wash ad re-oil them a couple of times. Tried it on mine and it split at the seams. Good if you don’t like cleaning filters though.

Didn’t work with the power flow kit on my crfx. Much bulkier than the twin air filters, makes it very hard to squeeze into the air box without ripping.

If you don’t have a seal like a PC Seal I would recommend rim grease. It’s just a pre oiled filter that’s it.

These are ready to go out of the box. They do come pre-oiled.
