Worked great for ditching the enormous and flimsy whale tail the FE501s comes with, and for adding a plate holder when I dualsported an FE350. I did have to drill some extra holes to fit our state's license plate, but it's soft plastic anyway.

A little pricey for what they are, but the quality and fitment make up for the price. Added a little bit of height for a more comfortable standing position. The extra bolt to secure the riser through the other hole in the top clamp is a nice piece of insurance.
