Don't know what at dr650 one measures, but the one I have on my yfz450 is about 6.5"

It did on a TTR 125 so I would expect it to on a 350 Raptor. It made shifting more precise.

About 1/2 inch. Perfect for a bike ridden by an adult.

Depends on the bend angle. The lever for the ttr had a pretty severe angle and sets out away from the case pretty far.
