The G2 Billet Pro Throttle Housing is the strongest option available to replace the weak stock housing on your bike! This housing is CNC machined from aircraft grade 6061-T6 billet aluminum, which is far stronger than the stock material – and no additional weight! To make it EVEN STRONGER, G2 added material to the top and lower portion of the 90 degree bend to guarantee the strongest billet aluminum throttle housing possible!

The finish is achieved by an intense polishing process followed by acid wash, then anodizing. Finally, the G2 logo is laser etched to prove this housing is a genuine G2 product.

Two Grade 5 (T6) titanium torx shoulder bolts with 8mm hex heads are included ensuring light weight, and upgrading trickness. The G2 Billet Pro Throttle Housing is ready for competition – like all G2 products!
