Installation was a bit of work. I had to purchase a tool to hold the inner fork tube for removal. I'm a large person and the stock forks were way too soft. The emulators with the race tech springs are a great upgrade. My KLR rides so much better especially on the dirt and gravel roads I ride.

I've used these in several different bikes. They work really well and are inexpensive. 4 stars instead of five because depending on your forks you may have to double up on the little o-ring. It only happened one time but if you don't have extra o-rings laying around you have to go somewhere and find them.
