*15. Dealership Image and Asset Usage Guidelines: Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is the owner of many copyrights and trademarks. In order to maintain the value of those copyrights and trademarks, it is incumbent for Rocky Mountain ATV/MC to police their use. This is for your protection and ours to ensure there is clear understanding on usage. We offer product imagery and descriptions for your marketing strategies, whether it be selling your products on eBay®, on your own website, in shop, etc. We do, however, have specific restrictions and policies for our authorized dealers, any of which, if are violated, are grounds for immediate termination from our dealership program and/or legal recourse.

Product images (“products” being defined as products that are offered through our dealership program only and which are copyrighted material) may be used on your site, eBay® listings, etc. if used properly.
Product descriptive text may be used on your site, eBay® listings, etc. if used properly.
Other brands' images and text outside of our own house brands may require you to obtain additional permissions.

Any unauthorized copying of copyrights or trademarks may result in immediate termination from our dealership program and legal recourse.
